planning to get a job in bacolod
hello! i'm planning to get a job in bacolod, specifically related to hr or psych. my father currently lives there (he is ilonggo) and i want to start a new life away from manila and immerse myself with the culture din as well since it's our province. pinapalipat din kasi ako ng relatives ko don so why not try something new i guess. the problem is i don't speak or understand hiligaynon since hindi po ako naturuan hahaha. ik some basics pero i don't think that's enough.
would it be easy for me to get a job there despite not being able to speak or understand the language spoken there? still deciding parin naman po i just some opinions from the locals hehe. i do get if wag na marelocate dyan if marami na tao & the reason is just to immerse myself w the culture. there are other factors to consider din naman po like cost of living etc.
kindly give some realistic advice po! i don't mind harsh truths. i am open to every perspective!! thank you! 🫶🏻
