
20[M] i am here to ask about my prescribed supplement i am a kind of person who doesn’t really in-support of taking supplements rather i’d suggest focusing on your diet eat healthy sleep and train. Anyhow after reading all the side effects of ferrous and that it really bothers your stomach including heart palpitations,mild constipation even some faced deadly cramps (a reddit post where a guy fainted in A&E) i am confused at this moment where should i start from? I mean is 18 really that low to start 210mg? if i take the iron bisglycinate 20mg? Will not that be very much safe and easy on stomach too? idk how fast it will increase iron levels compared to 210mg but yea still comfort first.any person who tried or switched from ferrous to bisglycinate? Or tried bisglycinate if yes pls share your experience Thanks
