How to handle multiple internal project opportunities without creating a bad impression?

I am Manager with in EaaS. My current project is getting completed next month, so I’ve started exploring internal opportunities within my firm. Last week, I shared my profile with multiple leaders, and now three different leaders from three different portfolios have scheduled discussions with me.

I’m confused about how to handle this if I get multiple opportunities.

Should I accept the first suitable opportunity, or should I wait and evaluate all options before deciding?

Also, if I say no to one leader after discussions, will that create a bad impression? I’m worried it might affect future opportunities with them or make me seem uninterested.

How do people usually handle this situation professionally ?

Hi everyone — quick question about performance year-end updates.

I was under the impression that final performance assessment ratings and promotion decisions were supposed to be visible starting today, but I checked this morning and don’t see any updates yet.

Has anyone been able to view their ratings or promotion outcomes? If not, does anyone know the expected timeline or if there’s been a delay?

I’ve received the Outstanding Award for second consecutive years, and I’m wondering if it’s appropriate to share this on LinkedIn. Would posting about it be considered professional and acceptable, or could it come across as self-promotional in a negative way?
