In March of this year I was diagnosed with 2 herniated disc’s, degenerative disc disease, stenosis on both sides of my spine, nerve damage and sciatica. My life has had a complete 360. Can’t walk ,can’t stand, can’t work. I can’t really leave my house it’s really horrible. On my flare up days my hip down to my ankle is like on cold fires It feels so weird. My calf is constantly tight and hurting. Most days I’m depressed feeling like my life is over and I’m worthless. I have the option of steroid shots and surgery if that doesn’t work. Does anyone have any positive stories to give me hop? Can these shots work? Does surgery help? 😕
