5.5 month old, shorter naps and shorter wake windows
This last couple of weeks my now 5.5month old has all of a sudden switched to much shorter wake windows (was ca 2 hours, now 1h30) and more often than not he will only sleep for 30 minutes in the day so lots of naps needed. He doesn’t seem refreshed for long!
He has just learned to roll and might be teething (lots of chomping, dribling etc).
I am guessing these things go hand in hand and this is likely a developmental phase? But I’m wondering if anyone can give me any reassurance please?! 😅
