I am brand-new to car sales and am a little bit lost my manager said do not say you are out of the office they will reach out to customers when I am not there. But he said to still send a message.

My main point is it's my day off what do I do? I don't have my CRM desktop and the app version is trash. I'm not supposed to say I am away so what do I do? Typically not everyone replies right away but some people do. And I'm not entirely sure how it all works if my manager gets the weblead notification as well or what exactly. I know they can see my leads and interactions but I can only see mine.

Some help on how to approach this would be helpful as I am still learning.
