Getting a new roommate soon, how to avoid getting a bad roommate?
Title really says it all, but honestly, what kinds of things do you wish you knew about your roommates BEFORE they moved in?
What types of questions should I ask them to make sure we jive?
What are good things to find out and know about to make living with them smoother and easier for everyone involved?
And what sort of information should I tell them about me?
I just really want this to go smoothly and I'm so worried something might go wrong, so I could use all the advice you guys have to give to someone who's already had so many shit roommates
He finally agreed to move out!
After fighting and threatening, after my friends telling me to throw a fart can in his room or spray his laundry with raid, the final straw was when he realized his Spotify no longer worked because he wasn't paying me while on my family plan, and he thought it was a brilliant idea to throw away some of my thing in the dumpster without asking me first.
So finally I have agreed to give him back the Spotify info in exchange for him to step off my lease!
No more rotten toenail jam smell! No more wet stale Dorito thats been sitting in ball sweat for weeks and drying out under his bed! No more messy dirty unwashed ass smell!
Then he stopped paying for the wifi so I changed the password
refused to pay for wifi and I changed the password
