I am looking for a small number of teenage beta readers (ages 13–18), ideally 2 from the UK and 2 from the USA, to review a book I have written.
The book is called The Class You Never Took and it is part of a 3 book series designed to teach real world money skills that school does not cover. It is written in a simple, structured “lesson” format with quizzes and short assessments throughout.
This is Book 1 (around 100 pages) and focuses on understanding how money works. The next books move into real life decisions and building good habits.
Just to mention, this is a new Reddit account. I do not usually use Reddit, I normally use Fiverr for beta readers, but that is 18+ so it is not ideal for reaching the actual audience for this book.
What I need:
Read the manuscript (can be done in a few hours)
Fill out a short Google Form with feedback
Leave a few comments on the document (where things are confusing, boring or unclear)
I am NOT looking for grammar corrections. I want honest feedback from a teenage perspective:
Is it easy to understand
Does it feel relevant to your life
Is anything boring or too complicated
Do the quizzes make sense

$30–$40
Payment can be arranged in a way that works for you, including through a parent or guardian if preferred.
Timeframe:
Within 1 week
