Question for reps

Hi I have two questions

1.) if I sign up today will I be able to choose apothocary as my pharmacy I only want to choose apothocary I won’t be able to go with a different pharmacy. Just making sure that’s okay.

2.) This will be my first time ever taking any type of glp1 or any injection and I just wanted to get a better understanding because everyone says that you get a lot of handholding worh you guys so what kind of doctor care do you guys give like if I’m feeling bad or something at like 2 AM would I be able to message and speak to someone? How does it work? For example if I get a blood panel done before my initial appointment can I email it to the doctor and have them review it with me in regards to possible issues I may have with tirz? Thank you.

Hi everyone,

I’m finally at the point where I’ve decided to start tirzepatide (Zepbound/Mounjaro). I don’t have insurance right now because I’m outside of enrollment, so I’m trying to figure out the safest and most realistic way to move forward.

My main question is whether I should try to pay out of pocket for the name-brand medication or go the compounded route. It seems that just within the last few days there have been huge shut downs and crack downs on the “safer” facilities.

If I do compounded tirzepatide, I’m not sure where people are safely getting it from right now, especially with all the confusion around compounding pharmacies and regulations lately. I’ve seen a lot of mixed info and I don’t want to make a risky decision just to save money.

For context, I’m paying completely out of pocket and trying to balance cost with safety. I’m not looking for shortcuts — just trying to understand what people in a similar situation are actually doing and what’s been working.

If anyone has been in the same position recently: • Did you go brand or compounded? • If compounded, how did you decide where to get it from? • Any major regrets or things you wish you knew first?

I’d really appreciate any honest experiences or guidance.
