I live in apartment, one of two, that's attached to a house. We all rent. Over the past year the woman in the other apartment has decided she's been here the longest and deserves more space. She decided she should be able to park closer to the house because they have only been here 3yrs. Last summer I measured out and painted parking spaces on behalf of the landlady. Landlady was 70yrs old and had lost her husband of 40yrs years 6 weeks prior to the initial problem start. She a sweetheart and I felt compelled to help. Since we live in NH the lines are gone from snow. And crazy lady upstairs has started again parking as close to the house as she can. We put down a few new lines but not all, I ran out of paint. House neighbor put a small row of stones on the line. Today I get home and crazy lady upstairs has scratched out the lines and moved stones. At this point the landlady has repeatedly told us lines again please, I just haven't had the time when it not raining and or windy. She also said rocks were ok. I'm not sure why crazy lady upstairs is acting so entitled but it's quite obnoxious, especially for someone who's 64yrs old and on disability because she "cant life anything ". Open to any other (legal)suggestions on behalf of the rest of us, INCLUDING the landlady.
