Seems like roles are up but very few are really hiring. I’ve also seen roles listed for a while and not sure if it’s because more companies want in office but they’ve been on the job board for longer than I’d think.
What’s happening in this market?
My constructive feedback was to not vent or say anything negative on things I’m unhappy with. Well, I guess that means I shouldn’t disagree too hard? And not to vent at in person gatherings although it seems like that’s what most people do in person but I got tattled on..?
Now I feel weird and awkward, a little insecure, and peeved. Do you not express negative feelings to any coworkers as a best practice? What would you all do with this feedback?
