Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S24+ (Chinese version) after a failed software update and I’m not sure how to fix it😭

My local Samsung service in Russia refused to handle it because it’s a Chinese version , and an independent repair shop said they’re unsure which firmware to use.

Does the Chinese version require different firmware or steps?

If anyone has dealt with this issue, I’d really appreciate step-by-step guidance
