My cycles are usually 35 days, but my last one was 40 days. My period ended on Day 8.
On Day 10, I had protected sex. Two hours later, I noticed clear, stretchy mucus (EWCM). Since then, I’ve had "lumpy" breasts that are painful when pressed (Day 10-14) and watery white discharge on Day 15, which has now turned dry.
Is it possible I ovulated as early as Day 10 despite my long cycles? I’m worried because I try to avoid my fertile window, but the mucus and breast changes are confusing me.

My cycles are usually 35-40 days. My last period ended on Day 8. On Day 10, I had non-PIV activity (fingering) and noticed a thick, clear discharge clump. Since Day 12, my breasts have been mildly sore and feel soft but with distinct lumps inside. By Day 15, I had watery discharge which has since turned very dry. Is it possible I ovulated as early as Day 10 despite my long cycles? And are these breast lumps normal for this stage of the cycle?
