Hi I have joined cognizant 2 weeks back as GenC and our training has not started yet, before official training starts they are telling about a interview, in that interview if you get green no training will be nedded, direct project allocation. amber and red will undergo training. can anyone explain the whole thing? and what type of question i can expect from here

While opening a salary account should i give probabation period amount as total annual income or after probabation period salary amount? currently i am in probabation period
