Rammer is kinda default equipment but sometimes is better to be replaced with something else. This is my experience with WZ114.

Even with rammer, DPM is not usable to a degree that allows direct engagements. Most shoots are from second line or hard cover and rarely i needed to hold fire button and wait for reload. But, reducing bloom, aim time and getting turbo allowed me to lock targets much faster which is time that allowed me to aquire target and prepare shoot faster rather then simply reload faster.
