is this an abomination? i was getting a huge craving for chinese salt and pepper fish and realized that i could use fish sticks instead of going out of my way to buy, prep, and fry fish. the flavor is similar due to the seasoning but obviously the panko outing is different compared to a batter fry. tbh, would absolutely do again lol.

edit: this is in NO WAY a boast for presentation, just wanted to share this salt and pepper fish hack for those merely interested :)
