Hey guys,
Writing this in literal tears. This is a package I need very badly on Thursday if I don’t get this package before Thursday I’m in trouble. I paid for UPS Next Day through the company when I got everything processed on Tuesday. On Wednesday package was at a UPS in my state and now the package is at a UPS in my city.. The facility where it is at is 10 mins away. I can’t hold it or pick it up due to it being a government document and it shows up as ineligible option. My tracking on Sunday said they were looking for a delivery date and then today at 2am it said “Sorry for the delay”.. I called UPS asking them what is going on they said on their end it says package is coming today at the end of the day. I called twice and talked to different agents to make sure, was told the delay message was a flaw on my end and that the system glitches out sometimes. This is where I am out now (the picture) still no package or any update. Starting to feel helpless and have been bawling. Please is there anyway to recover this ?? I NEED this package before Thursday. It’s now 9:29 pm and there’s no hope, also seeing as UPS delivered another box to my address today. Bawling and do not know what to do 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
