Started out in the gym recently so I’m still fairly new. Can yall give me some tips on what I should do? I’m 5’7 and weigh around 150, max squat of 250, bench of 185, and clean of 175. I definitely need some help w making a split and also an eating plan. Normally I eat around 3k calories a day but I have a hard time tracking my macros
