Almost every time I try to submit my employees pay after banking hours, through the RBC website, when I submit I get a screen that says “sorry we are having technical difficulties, please try again later”. I don’t think it’s solely because of the time, I have had to work later in the evening before. But in the last 6 months I have not been able to submit pay my first attempt even once. And when it does fail it doesn’t matter how many times I try it won’t work until the next day.

Does anyone else have this happen? I’m about ready to find a new bank.
