After weeks of work in SSEEdit — no Creation Kit, just raw editing and Papyrus scripting — I finished and uploaded my first mod.
Contract System lets you sign pacts with 12 different entities. Each one grants a unique ability or passive effect. Each one takes something in return. You can hold a maximum of two active contracts at any time. The Contract power is added to your Lesser Powers automatically — no new game required. Requirements: Mysticism — A Magic Overhaul, Stormcrown — A Shout Overhaul

Contract: Ghost Monarch
Ability Granted: Become ethereal for 30 seconds
Cost Demanded: -15 Health, -25 Magicka permanently.
Contract: Akatosh
Ability Granted: Slow time to half its pace for 30 seconds.
Cost Demanded: -25 Magicka permanently.
Contract: Ancient Mage
Ability Granted: Fortify Armor Rating (+500) for 300 seconds
Cost Demanded: 3 Grand Soul Gems. -50 Magicka, -20 Health permanently.
Contract: Burned Criminal
Ability Granted: Flame cloak ( Does more damage than a normal flame cloak) for 30 seconds, dealing fire damage to anything nearby.
Cost Demanded: 4000 Gold. -20 Health, -15 Magicka, -15 Stamina permanently.
Contract: Red Dragon
Ability Granted: Absorb health cloak for 30 seconds, draining nearby enemies.
Cost Demanded: 5 Black Soul Gems. -40 Health permanently.
Contract: Road Wraith
Ability Granted: Passive movement speed and carry weight enhancement.
Cost Demanded: 2000 Gold, 5 Common Soul Gems (filled). -35 Stamina, -10 Health permanently.
Contract: Book of Madness
Ability Granted: Random stat shifts every few minutes — euphoria, bloodlust, paranoia, exhaustion.
Cost Demanded: Nothing. It costs nothing to open.
Contract: Flesh Monarch
Ability Granted: +150 Health permanently.
Cost Demanded: 5 Human Flesh, 10 Venison, 10 Canis Root, 5 Skeever Tail, 5 Ruby, 5 Minor Healing Potion.
Contract: Veil Sovereign
Ability Granted: +150 Magicka permanently.
Cost Demanded: 10 Red Mountain Flower, 10 Creep Cluster, 5 Briar Heart, 5 Daedra Heart, 5 Sapphire, 1 Minor Magicka Potion.
Contract: Key of Old World
Ability Granted: Unlocks any standard lock. Permanent +50 CarryWeight, +25 Sneak, +15 Speechcraft, +15 Alteration.
Cost Demanded: Requires Sneak 50. 3 Gold Ingots, 2 Sapphire, 1 Torch, 500 Gold. -25 Magicka permanently.
Contract: Knight of Misfortune
Ability Granted: At night — +50 Health, +20 Heavy Armor, +20 One-Handed, +20 Two-Handed, +10 Sneak. The Knight also drains a random stat every 2 hours at night.
Cost Demanded: 3 Ebony Ingots, 5 Luna Moth Wings.
Contract: The Ledger
Ability Granted: Stats scale with gold held — 0-999g: +25 all stats, 1000-4999g: +50, 5000-9999g: +75, 10000g+: +100.
Cost Demanded: 5 Diamond, 5 Gold Ingots, 3 Emerald. Drains 1500 gold per in-game day.
