Located in Texas, my ex had been harassing me and vandalizing my property. His parole officer stated they got a warrant for his arrest but of course the warrant devision would have to catch up to him, so she advised i call PD if he comes around. Is there a timeline of when this happens?? I hvnt seen him around anymore but he still calls private and leaves VMs about seeing his kid but then switches up to sexual remarks and trying to see if i have a BF, from mad to happy and at all times of the night. My next question is what’s the process?? Does parole revoke automatically or does he have to see a judge?? Warrant was made out on Thursday evening.

What’s the process after reporting a parolee for harassment on a victim with no contact condition? What is the result usually or is it case by case? In this case DV charges and gun charges against victim. He’s been egging the victim car and constantly messaging and making unwanted remarks and calls all times of day and night.

He’s been harassing me wanting to get me back he was in prison for DV. Just out a month already tested dirty got outpatient help but is still out driving and ❄️. I’ve made report for harassment contacted his PO she told me she only deals with substance abuse. The detective never called me back. He’s blowing up my phone private. Leaving VM and emails and dMs now he’s figured out where i work and is calling them. He egged my car Saturday night i made a report and nothing yet. His messages consist of trying to track out to child who by the way refuses to speak to him for his return to drinking and ❄️. Then he’ll message me nasty sexual things then that he loves me then threaten me to get me in trouble at work and it goes in a circle. What can i do i feel like no one’s helping me!!! Should i contact the parole office TDCJ we live in Texas. I just feel like he’s gonna get desperate and do something drastic.
