Has lactose intolerance caused or worsened psychosis symptoms in you?

Hi I'm writing because recently I've discovered the past 5-10+ years of diarrhoea and brain fog and fatigue could have been attributed to my milk allergy. I have multiple relatives that have the same allergy. Has anyone here discovered that their milk allergy had something to do with their psychosis? I.e. inflammation or immune response causing their symptoms? Would be very interested to know. Thanks
