There’s a new site opening up in the fall and I’ll meet my 1 year requirement next month, so I put in a transfer. Got an email and said I’m no longer under consideration for one req because I haven’t met my 1 year requirement yet, but the other one says I’m still under consideration??? They’ve archived everything else except this last one
I work at a TNS site, is there a way where we can get automatic staffing for associates like the way AR sites have? It would be nice if they could get what they’ll be doing for the day to their phones and not have to deal with a staffing board anymore.
Can I apply for an L5 if I’m still L4?
New IXD opening soon and they have 4 and 5 AM positions. I think I want to go to learning as an AM, anyone know if this is good spot? What schedule do they work? I’m still an L4 only problem, my manager switched departments so I don’t have one currently. Only a proxy AM. My year is up in July, can I start applying to L5 and L4 positions at the new site? Or who do I start having the promo conversations with if I have no manager? New site lead is trying to rid us all out.
Finally got my raise and it said I met high bar, so excited for the extra $100 on my check !!!
We just got our new site lead who supposedly came from one of the best sites, who says he can get us there. There is a new cross dock opening soon so many of the managers are leaving and going there, some are staying. The new lead is already bringing managers from their old site to our site for replacements instead of hiring from outside, do you think he is trying to get rid of the rest of us who will stay?
