My husbands PERM got approved.

I want to switch from F1 to H4 as my F1 OPT ends on July 6th as I am on unpaid internship as very few jobs for F1 and I m not getting it.

I would also need H4 EAD so I can start working later.

Please let me know,

1. Should I immediately file H4, followed by H4 EAD after a few months.

OR

2. Should my husband pay out of pocket for i140 premium processing first and then I bundle H4 and H4 EAD once we have his I 140.

Which is the best approach and how much time would it take?
