I’ve got a brand‑new P1S and it has clogged itself after every single print I’ve done so far.

Here’s the full sequence:

• Print #1 clogged → I swapped to a brand‑new 0.4 nozzle
• Print #2 clogged → I tore down the entire hotend/toolhead
• Checked heatbreak, inlet, gears, PTFE, etc. → no debris anywhere
• I unclogged both nozzles
• Tried again with the original nozzle
• Print #3 clogged the same way

What I’m noticing now is this:

When the printer unloads, the filament gets cut in the nozzle which then becomes an obstruction for the next print.

So the “clog” isn’t happening during printing — it’s happening during the unload cycle as far as I can tell.

Looking for people who’ve seen this exact failure mode, any advice would be seriously appreciated.
