So basically my life has been ass the last year. On top of it my mother recently got diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, I’m 20k in debt and my ex recently graduated university and it makes me sad I wasn’t able to be there with her and I have a feeling she’s gonna wanna settle down and just upset it couldn’t be me. I can’t sleep, have no motivation to do anything…. I’m always tired and I’ve really let my self go with my appearance and even have a hard time showering some days how much I wanna just lay there with no thought. What’s some good advice?
