Hi,

New to Rouvy. I have tried connecting my HRM monitor and it won't work. Tried several times but nothing? Any ideas? I have used with Zwift, my watch, etc and no issues. But with Rouvy it just doesn't want to. Support hasn't replied yet.

Hi,

Not sure how to ask this. I have my own email address, and we have another one for the team. I have my contacts saved under my own account, and when I am writting an email and selecting to who I want to send it to, the contacts suggestions appear when doing so.

Now, Ive been wanting to use the teams email account to have a joint contact list. I have saved my contacts under the the teams email account. They appear there (in the contacts section). However, whenever another team member is trying to send a new email, whenever they are typing a contacts name in the TO field it does not show up nor cant be found (when click the to box). Their only option is to go to the contacts section, go to the teams contacts and then they will be able to see the list of contacts... find the contact they want, click send new email, copy the contacts and go back to the original email they were working on.

I would love it so that it automatically shows up like with our own contacts, or at least that the contacts are selectable from within the email one is writing but even there, after click TO, there is no option to see the contacts from that other team account.
