Hi , lost my log book for my car so filled out the form and got it stamped by the gaurds and got the postal order to pay but who do I address the payment to? Department of transport or my local motor tax office ? Same for the letter, who do I send to? Don’t wanna get it wrong because it’s urgent. Any help appreciated
