AMH jumped up 10x from last year and I’m worried

I (29/F) went to the doctor recently for weird symptoms and long cycles that appeared the last 6 months . My whole life I’ve had very normal periods and cycles almost textbook. But I did get bad PMS symptoms. Never severe cramping bleeding etc. just mood swing and acne. my AMH level last year was good and all my other results from my blood test were good too. I had gotten off BC a month or so prior for the first time in almost 10 years (I was mostly on briefly sometimes off). I was told recently I probably have a progesterone sensitivity based on some others issues I’m having and if I want to have kids I would need to supplement for the first 3 months to keep it viable. They tested my hormones again and my AMH came back 10x higher than last year. From 2.78ng/ml to 26.7ng/ml. An ultrasound was already ordered before the tests and I’m still waiting for the other blood tests. I’m quite anxious because I’ve had a long standing fear of having fertility issues. Anyone have experience with this?
