Bi-weekly update

Hey y'all, back again with another update. Currently about 2.5 months into my journey and on my 2nd month of 4mg.

SW (3/27): 441lbs

CW: 409-410lbs

GW: 265lbs

I didn't lose much over the last 2 weeks, but I seemingly got past a plateau, as I spent much of the last week and a half around 411. Yesterday morning, before eating but after using the bathroom, I weighed in at 409. Today after eating breakfast and hydrating I was at 410.

I actually couldn't be happier despite the slowing in progress. 410lbs was always my sort of natural walking weight when I wasn't dieting or exercising regularly (keep in mind I'm 6'6"). I could go months at a time without weighing myself and comfortably say "I'm around 410lbs" if asked and I was always right on the dot...But...

I adopted a fairly sedentary lifestyle post-covid after switching away from blue collar work in favor of office jobs. Over the last 5-6 years I started having to increase that number. For a while it was "I weigh about 420", then it was "Idk I've gained some recently, I think I'm pushing 430"...When I weighed in at 441, that was my heaviest and it was kind of an eye-opener for me that I was truly tending in the wrong direction. I was already at the point of being uncomfortable in my clothes that had just fit a year ago, but I was in denial of how bad it had gotten.

410 is still high... But I'm 31lbs closer to my goal and feeling more like myself, so I'm super happy to be here.
