Hi! Looking for recommendations for a vegan-friendly or full vegan birthday celebration spot that’s open on Mondays. My mom’s birthday falls on Mother’s Day, but we’d rather celebrate the next day to avoid the crowds. A few places I originally wanted to go are closed Mondays, so I’d love any suggestions.
