Hi! Just taking a chance to see if anyone from this community had luck with troubleshooting their Nyxi Hyperion Pro?

The issue is the left controller shows no signs of life unless it is plugged directly into a charger.

When it is plugged in, it functions normally. I am getting replacement controllers from NYXI but i wanted to just check if anyone has suggestions on what to do while i wait for the replacements to arrive?

I'm not sure how to reset it but i've tried a factory reset using the keylinker app and it still has the same issue. Firmware is up to date too.
