Does anyone else get a brain fog due to their IBS. Like you can't concentrate on anything anymore and got a weak memory.. ?

Am new here and was wondering why do lots of people here seem to be obsessed with garlic. I have an IBS as well and heard garlic shall be avoided 🥲🥲
