Yes.
Am I losing weight?
Yes. 5 lbs. I have a smart scale. I'm actually putting on water, skeletal, and lean muscle mass. The scale confirms my loss has been 100% fat, which is good. Pilates and walking work wonders.
Problem
I think I'm just a little bummed it's not more weight. I FEEL like I've sort of plateaued, which weight would continue to melt off. Maybe I'm just bloated from my period due to start soon. I already got the 1.5mg for this month. Should I have increased?
