20f i’ve been having chest discomfort under the bottom left of sternum for a few weeks, thought it was caffeine related (i don’t think high amount of caffeine) so i stopped drinking coffee and it got slightly better but not completely. today i have pain from my left chest area to my shoulder. could i be overthinking?

I’ve been feeling a light squeezing/discomfort sensation in one spot around the bottom left of my sternum after drinking coffee. I’ve been drinking coffee for years, sometimes espresso based drinks but mostly drip coffee/moka pot. What I consume is nowhere near the 400mg limit so i’m a little confused as to why this is happening.
If it might be relevant, I used to have episodes of heart palpitations as a child and my cardiologist suggested I have POTS a few years ago but we never really tested for it

hopefully this is the right place to ask..i’ve only tried conchas in south/central texas where i’m from but they’re different each time. the dough is sometimes airy and almost croissant-like, sometimes dense and thick. the topping is either soft and sticks to the shape of the bread or hard and crumbly. are they just always made differently? i’m wondering if it’s different in mexico
