I’ve been looking through the mirror lately and yet nothing is changing is still me with everything else being the same when do i start noticing that my body is changing ?
And i don’t mean numbers in weight or any i mean YOU NOTICE THAT IT FINALLY PAID OFF
I have been looking for ANY literally ANY IT job opportunity even for a part time
I just want to have a job in any computer field HELP MEEEE

How can i calculate how much i need to eat daily to lose weight ?
I’ve tried every app or website it’s shows a huge difference from app to another app or website to another website
What is the calculation like ?
For protein I’ve heard it’s ( my weight X 1.6 ) then there’s how much i need
But for calories nowhere shows me the same results? Can i use a method to calculate my calories and how much for losing weight?
I’ve been thinking lately if pre workout gives me so much caffeine but i also see tiktoks about some people saying you don’t need it at all
I drink 2 cups of coffee almost everyday but i really don’t know if i need the pre workout to push myself more.
I saw some people saying it’s like a “ passive motivation “ if i drink my pre workout i will definitely go to the gym.
Tell me if it helps THAT MUCH or just drink coffee and have the same effect
