Hi, we recently installed a hot tub in our home in India. Once we started to use the tub is when I realized that some of the chemicals that are critical in keeping the tub clean are not available readily or extremely expensive due to customs duty (more than double the price).
can any experts here please tell me what could be suitable alternates for below products-

1. Line cleaner - is dishwasher pods an acceptable replacement, any other product i can use?
2. PH reducer/Muriatic Acid - can i use industrial vinegar instead, this seems to be more readily available where i'm located.

Any help is greatly appreciated, i'm having a frequent biofilm problem which needs to fixed. Thanks in advance!
