I was found not guilty of both my charges minor with .05 bca (beat it with tittle 17) and a speeding ticket (95 in 55). I’ve called the mandatory actions unit and I kept getting told different things such as talk to my local chp and ask for them to write a report. I was also told that there’s no way I could get it back since I’m 18. My lawyer told me that I can 100 get it back. PLEASE HELP ME
