Is my tank finally cycled, these are the only dates I have at the moment, I lost the others. Tank is around 6 weeks old

These are my last 2 days, I dont have it wrote down for others.

I have a 5 gallon planted betta tank with 1 betta, 10 shrimp and 2 snails. I did have to take fish out due to the fact of im a beginner and I overstock the tank at first. Im I think week 4 in the cycle, I used bio balls and dr tims one and only. The last 2 days my ammonia has went down some but the No2 and No3 have started being crazy and it makes me worry for my critters! Help!

Im almost done cycling my tank with fish and there's this dark fuzz growing. What is it and how do I get rid of it if its bad.

I have bettas, netrite snails, neo shrimp and some neon tetras. Gets 7 to 8 hours of light, has pearl weed, red root floaters, i think a small anubis, amazon sword maybe, and a fern along with a pothos growing via hydroponics.
