Mot c dosing
Hey, I’m 61.5kg 32 years old
I'm a runner 4x a week
Strength training 2-3x a week
Hyrox style intensity classes 2-3x week
I’m also running Reta 1mg Tuesday and .5mg Friday
I was told to do 2mg 3x a week of mot c but I’m wondering how everyone else is dosing it for best results for endurance and energy in their tank?
I’m eating 1400 calories in a defecit and I bank about 30-40km a week running
Let me know your thoughts, I haven’t started mot c yet really, just took 1mg to test my bodies reaction and I got a tiny red spot and a raised bump and stingy but only lasted about 4 mins then I was fine and noticed my run that day was solid!
