There’s this overhyped pen that I kept on seeing on tiktok so I bought a box of 12. To my disappointment most of the pens didn’t write that well despite changing paper qualities so I gave the shop 2 stars.

I was requesting for a sales invoice since I initially bought the items for office and would need it to file for expenses this quarter and received this reply lol

They kept asking for a video too of their defective product pero tbh I already threw it away kasi nga hindi sumusulat mhie. I think as a customer naman I have the right to request for a sales invoice whether I liked their product or not 😭
