smoke coming from what seems to be the right side of the engine, smells like burnt plastic, theres a decent bit of smoke. wondering if that could be the rtv fluid burning or something worse?? any immediate help would be appreciated

not sure how to move the left wiring harness more, was already a struggle taking out the valve cover, cant imagine putting one back in this state.
