A question: Is it possible for a Steam pre-purchase game to be discounted before it is officially released?
I'm planning to pre-purchase the AC Black Flag Resynced Deluxe Edition. But Steam Summer Sale is about 2 months away. Is it possible for it to be discounted during that sale?
