Laptop random shutdowns

This is a chatgpt summary because I've been consulting with chatgpt and asked it to summary instead of my poor english.

Laptop Model: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58

Issue Timeline Summary:

  • Laptop was accidentally left sleeping inside a bag for around 3 hours and became very hot afterward.
  • Around the same period, the replacement charger cable already had exposed/damaged wires near the adapter brick.
  • After that, the laptop began randomly crashing/shutting down, especially during gaming.

Initial symptoms:

  • Sudden black screen shutdowns
  • Keyboard RGB lights turning off instantly
  • Sometimes fans still spinning
  • Slow boot times occasionally
  • BSOD errors: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  • Sleep mode stopped functioning properly
  • Audio/headset glitches appeared
  • Sometimes shutdown from Windows would leave black screen while laptop stayed powered

Progression:

  • Crashes became more frequent during gaming/load
  • Eventually changed from BSODs to black screen freezes/shutdowns
  • Laptop stayed powered with black screen
  • Later, fans and keyboard lights also stopped during crashes
  • TPM error appeared before crash: “The Trusted Platform Module (TPM) hardware failed to execute a TPM command”
  • Recently, BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL started happening again around 5 minutes after boot.

Repairs already done:

  • CPU/GPU fans replaced
  • RAM replaced
  • SSD replaced
  • Charger replaced

Current status:

  • Laptop lasts longer before crashing compared to before repair, but issue still persists.
  • Still experiences black screen crashes and BSODs.
  • Crashes happen even after changing charger.

Possible suspected causes:

  • Motherboard power delivery instability / VRM issue
  • GPU power circuitry instability
  • Driver corruption caused by hardware instability
  • Potential damage related to overheating incident and previously damaged charger cable

I wanted to ask if these means only for hardware issues or are there any other ways to fixes this because i've sent for repairing twice and the technician changed my ssd for the first time, and replace my ram,ssd for the second time.( I bought another official brand charger) I really do not want to burn down more money for repairing if this really just comes down to motherboard issues.
