Because it doesn’t feel like time is passing while you’re doing it. You’re just swiping, reading, reacting and suddenly an hour is gone.

Also, every post is like a tiny maybe this one is good, so your brain keeps pushing you to check the next one.

And the worst part? There’s no natural stopping point. It just keeps going unless you force it to stop.
