I have no idea why I'm writing this, but at least I should confess this somewhere because I think this deserves it. I was pretty cruel to my girlfriend in an argument or in general and, afterwards, I despised myself so much that I intentionally hurt myself, which was how I thought I should punish myself for this. For example, me and her just had an argument 30 minutes ago and I’m holding the stick I use to burn and poke it into my skin, i hate myself for doin this but I can’t help it either. It feels like it’s the only way I know how to learn. Help me. Please.
