I won't tell anyone, I will sign an NDA. But your employees clearly are not in the right headspace for this job and are lacking critical experience.

You should not be making sweeping changes without even considering first order effects on a game this large.

You can't just:

-buff mech HP by double

-Increases all the enemy's durable damage to compensate

You've just created a balance cascade where now you have to readjust the bastion, frv and gator and sentries. (Which knowing you, you haven't). And the Gator and FRV and sentries have already been pointed out to be even more paper than the mech since the durable damage change.

You can't just make the tank's vent heavy armor when it was the hallmark of a good designed enemy in the warstrider discussion, it shows you were not at all listening to the community as to WHY we liked certain enemies versus others. All enemies should have a medium pen spot max even if it's hard to get to or has a lot of health. If you want to buff the tank, make it more intimidating from the front, not buff its rear armor.

The Hiveguard change now with these other ones will be viewed as incredibly bad regardless of whether it is actually good or not. It will be viewed as limiting options whereas I'm sure the intent is "the prevalence of medium armor pen makes it so players never engage with the shield wall mechanic, we want our players to react in different ways when presented with threats rather than just point and shoot blindly".
