Concerning or nah? Autoimmune or nah? Hep me figure out this rash

Concerning or nah? Autoimmune or nah? Hep me figure out this rash

So I’ve had this redness in my face on and off over the last several months ( it does get worse than this but I don’t have a pic). It does not matter what I do, it doesn’t budge. I have an established, hydration focused skin routine with products I’ve used forever, so I doubt it’s a reaction. My face feels all pressurized, kind of like when you have a cold or allergies (but no runny nose or whatever)

I’ve tried some of the rosacea over the counter things to no avail. Hydrocortisone cream has helped a bit but it comes right back the next day (and you’re not meant to use that regularly). I have sjogrens but haven’t ever had skin issues as part of it.

Thoughts? Should I ask for a derm or see my primary? Am I experiencing a basic thing that could be solved at home? Helpppp.
