My Father is an abusive person, since I am young he always hits my mom.

It got worse when I went to college even us his children he started hitting us too.

Now I left our house for a job akala ko okay na, then I saw him hitting my mom again, strangling her and kicking her sa CCTV
After he hurt, I just saw my mom there sitting on the place where he hurt her, just sitting and staring there.

I want my father be punished for all the things that he did. Please help us

1. What steps can we do, I have a recorded the cctv video right now where he hit, kicked and strangled my mother
2. Our Lot is titled to my father, the house is built using my fathers salary while they are married, will it be possible to have my father removed from our home
3. What steps can I make and prepare for to put have him punished, be put behind bars if possible
4. How much and how long and how tedious the process might be?

Please help us, pagod na ako sa tatay ko na hindi magbago bago.

He is a previous drug addict as well we know but we cant prove
