Add extra room for the pin backing as the pointed part was a tad long. Where can I buy the foam backing part. Any idea

I bought my May presto for Ttc. It usually shows up now when I tap stating ends may 2026. It hasn’t shown up and it has been over 24 hours. Bought the card pass 3 days ago. Is anyone else having trouble with their presto month for may. ?
